Delivery Details

• All photographs are high resolution, edited, print ready, watermark free digital files.
• You photos will be presented with a private, password protected, online gallery with download options.
• You receive two full sets of wedding photographs in colour and black & white.
•  Shorter coverage is available for smaller weddings and all packages can be customised to suit your requirements.
• You are not obliged to choose a package at the booking stage, you can decide closer to your date if you wish.

Thank you for considering Molten Sky to be a part of your big day! If it is easier for you, you don’t need to be confirm your package upon booking, you can decide at a later stage if you wish. Terms & Conditions

• • Upon receipt of your deposit Molten Sky reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not take any other reservations on this date. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a date change or cancellation by the client for any reason. Receipt of deposit secures your wedding date, the balance is paid in full on your wedding day.

• • Due to the nature of our photojournalistic style, Molten Sky do not guarantee any particular shot on your wedding day, however we will be more than happy to take any shots you request throughout your wedding day.

• • Molten Sky  reserves the right to withdraw from this contract in the event of non-cooperation such as changes of location, missed appointments, delay in payment of deposit, failure to pay the balance on the wedding day or bounced cheques. In the event of a withdrawal all deposits and fees will be returned to you.

• • All of Molten Skys packages include the presentation of the high resolution photographic images and/or video to the client, once we have provided you with these files we are no longer responsible for storing them on your behalf and accept no responsibility if you do not back-up your files and lose the files.

• • Any alterations required to completed films should be made no later than 14 days from the date you received the finished films. After this time has elapsed, we will assume that you are fully satisfied, and we have the right to remove all footage from our hard drives.

• • Molten Sky need to be at the ceremony venue a minimum of 30mins for video and 15mins for photography prior to the ceremony in order to setup the equipment and to capture the necessary shots. We would like to have shots of the bridal party & the bride in their wedding gowns before we leave, however, this is wholly dependent on time constraints on the morning itself.

• • For Molten Sky video please note the ceremony is not captured in its entirety, however all aspects involving the couple, families and other parts deemed relevant by the videographer will be captured. Sections of the ceremony that are included in every Sunday mass are not included.

• • Molten Sky work until 10.30 or 4-5 songs after the first dance, whichever comes first. Please organise with the hotel and band to begin the first dance as early as possible to give us lots of time to capture some great dance footage.

                                We charge €75 per half hour per person for coverage past 10.30pm.

• • In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural or other emergency It could be necessary to retain a different photographer/videographer. Molten Sky will make every effort to secure a replacement. In the event a suitable replacement is not found all fees will be returned, you also have the option to choose your own replacement.

• • All rights to the images created by Molten Sky  will remain the property of the photographer although we will provide you with high resolution, watermark free, print ready images. Molten Sky reserves the right to display any photographs and film for purposes of advertising, promotion, Internet use, publication and professional competition. A Non Disclosure Agreement is charged at €100 to compensate from potential revenue loss.
• • The performance of this contract on behalf of  Molten Sky shall be contingent upon acts of God, flood, fire, terrorism, electrical failure, strikes by suppliers and/or conditions beyond control.

• • This limitation on liability also applies in the event that photographic materials are  damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Molten Sky. We shoot weddings exclusively on digital cameras which use memory cards which are essentially mini hard drives. In the unlikely event that a memory card fails you accept that this is beyond Molten Skys control.  In case of an issue arising you will be refunded accordingly.

• • We do not provide raw files for photo or video, we only deliver fully edited work to all our clients.

• • We provide a very transparent service. We furnish lots of information about our services on our website including FAQs, terms of service etc. We will assume that you have read this information and have a very clear idea of what we do and how we do it before paying the deposit.
