Our Wedding Photography Service 

Before the Wedding

• After viewing our wedding portfolio and deciding you like our work, the first step is to contact us and enquire to see if your wedding date is still available.
• It is possible to meet for a consultation before the wedding if you like, but it is not necessary.
• Once you have decided you would like book us for you wedding day, your date is secured on receipt of a €300 deposit and signing our wedding photography agreement.
• You will receive a receipt and a countersigned agreement for your records.
• A few weeks before your wedding date we will send you our wedding questionnaire to fill out and  help us prepare for every minor detail including times, locations, directions etc.

The Wedding Day ~ Morning Preparation

• We usually arrive at the brides preparation location at least an hour before the ceremony. This gives us an opportunity to shoot casual candid shots of the preparation as well as detail shots of the flowers, dress, shoes etc.
• All of the morning preparation is shot candidly except for a few portraits of the bride, bridesmaids and family before we leave time permitting.
• It is also an option for us ti cover the groom and groomsmen’s  preparation for no extra charge if they are located nearby.
• We usually leave for the ceremony about 20mins before the bride to capture some candid shots of the guests arriving and the groom & groomsmen in the church before the ceremony as well as the brides arrival.

The Wedding Day ~ The Ceremony

•  We begin by introducing ourselves to the priest/celebrant to discuss the finer details of the ceremony.
• The ceremony is shot candidly in a discreet and unobtrusive manner, with no staged shots.
• After the signing of the registry, it is options to take a group shot of the bridal party on the alter.

The Wedding Day ~ After the Ceremony

• We capture the wedding couple leave the ceremony and greeting the guests as they leave.
• This is usually a good opportunity to capture candid shots of the guests and bridal party as they gather and chat outside.
• It is an option to take the family photographs in the church/ceremony location if you like. Preferred over the hotel for couple who would like to get them out of the way!
• After the couple has greeted all the guests we usually head to a pre-arranged scenic location with the bridal party. It is not necessary to bring the flower girls or pageboys.
• We focus on capturing fun, candid and relaxed photos of the bridal party as well as creative shoots of the bride and groom.
• The location shoot usually takes about 30mins, most of that time drinking bubbly with a few formal shots towards the end.

The Wedding Day ~ The Reception

• After arriving at the reception we leave you to enjoy a drink and mingling as we focus on candid shots  of your guests and details shots of the reception location and dining room.
• Before seating for dinner is usually a good time to gather the families together for some formal photographs if we have not already taken these at the church or ceremony location.
• We photograph the bridal party and wedding couples entrance into the dining room before they are seated for their meal.
• If the bride and groom have chosen a package with complete coverage of the day, we also cover the speeches as well as lots of shots of the guests throughout the evening.
• We recommend having your speeches after the first starter, this way your guests have eaten something before the speeches and also your speakers can relax afterwards and enjoy their meal.
• it is optional to spend a few minutes later on with the bride on groom for some evening portraits with a focus on creative lighting and composition.
• It is also an option to get photos taken with extended family members such as aunts or uncles or all the girls or all the guys before the first dance.
• We cover the first dance and 4-5 songs after when the dance floor has filled up and the party is in full swing!
• The outstanding balance is paid on the wedding day.

After the Wedding

• Within a few weeks of the wedding date,  the bride and groom will receive their wedding photographs on a USB memory stick.
• We provide the couple with all the high resolution images in colour, sepia and black and white.
• We also provide a low resolution set for email as well as social networks such as facebook.
• The wedding couple can then choose their favourite photographs if their package includes a wedding album.
• We then design a draft album with the photo selection and email you a proof in pdf for your approval.
• Once we have may any alterations if requested the wedding album is sent to be bound and print.
• please allow up to one month for album production especially during peak season.
